We act ethically.

Fair and transparent principles of cooperation and mutual respect have accompanied us since the inception set up of Asseco. The most important norms and values are reflected in the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, which guides us in our daily work and relationships with customers and partners. We believe that the principles we follow should be the market standard. Therefore, we require our partners to respect Asseco’s values and abide by the established rules. With this approach, we promote ethical business conduct, which largely determines the success of any company.
The Responsible Business Forum has recognized four of Asseco’s sustainability initiatives:
The #AssecoDzieciom (#AssecoForKids) event – donation of 300 laptops to children and young people from Podkarpacie on the occasion of Asseco’s 30th birthday.
Flowery meadow – creation of a flowery meadow on an area of 3,000 sqm near the Company’s headquarters in Rzeszow.
Asseco “Pomagamy” (“We Help”) – involvement of the Company’s employees in charitable and environmental activities financially supported by Asseco.
The #BiznesBezPapieru (#BusinessWithoutPaper) campaign – an educational event showcasing the benefits of digitizing business while reducing paper consumption.

Asseco Group companies have individual human rights policies, as a result of the federal cooperation model. Due to their territorial dispersion, they are subject to different legal systems with detailed and territory-specific solutions.
